I reserve the right to update the rules !
I. General
1. Don’t make SPAM. Posts must be longer than 2 lines.
2. Don’t abuse of smiles.
3. Insults, attacks on the person, defamations, obscene things addressed to anybody are forbidden. Use an adequate language.
4. Don't assume other's work.
5. It's not really a rule, but it would be useful if before the first chapter you specify the couple (if there is any) - for fan-fiction. Also, you can write a summary at the begging of the story - original or fan-fiction.
6. Messenger or chat abbreviations (ex: k, btw, wtf...) are not accepted. If they are reported or found, the writer has 48h to replace them with the actual words or the story will be deleted. Using inappropriate language means that you don't really care about what you are writing and about those who read it.
7. No fights ! We are here to enjoy the stories/arts, not to have fights.
8. Don't get mad if a review is harsh! If someone criticize your story/art means that he/she likes your work and want you to improve. Let's be honest - what helps you more: a review that says the reviewer likes/doesn't like your story/art or one which actually tells you what he/she likes or doesn't like about it?
II. Ratings - Just like on ff.net
K - Suitable for any age
T - Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes.
M - Not suitable for children or teens below the age of 16 with non-explicit suggestive adult themes, references to some violence, or coarse language. Fiction M can contain adult language, themes and suggestions. Detailed descriptions of physical interaction of senzual or violent nature is considered Fiction MA.
MA - Content is only suitable for mature adults (18+). May contain explicit language and adult themes.
*MA is accepted, but only on the specific sub-forum.
I take no responsibility for any user who read/write inappropriate content for his/her age. The ratings are clear enough and you've been warned!
III. Yaoi and Yuri
Yaoi: maleXmale
Yuri: femaleXfemale
As you noticed, there is a category for fan-fictions and one for originals (own characters). If you have a story based on a movie / an anime / a game / etc, but with different characters (like the next generation), it goes to fan-fiction. - UPDATE 9.09.12 : this has been changed - see the post below.
IV. Ecchi and Hentai
I saw many who confused these two styles - they are similar because they both contain trupesc themes. None of them is recommended under the age of 18.
Ecchi is used for indecent sexuality and may contain sexual humor.
Hentai is pornography, it usually contains explicit sexual action.
*If the stories are Yaoi, Yuri or Harem, they go to the specific category as M-rated (Ecchi) and MA-rated (Hentai). Also, a story with straight characters goes to Ecchi/Hentai only if there's no relationship - for example: the protagonist has a photo shooting and the description of the pictures has Ecchi/Hentai content.
V. Harem
I didn't see this style on other forums/sites.
Shortly: the sultans used to have more concubine which formed the harem - this is where the style's name comes from.
Harem is about a male who is surrounded by the love of more females and vice versa.
*If a story is Yaoi or Yuri, whether it's Harem or not, it goes to the specific category as M-rated or MA-rated (because it usually contains carnal themes) and, please, write 'Harem' between brackets.
VI. Straight
No couple or maleXfemale.
A story goes to Ecchi/Hentai only if there's no relationship and it's M-rated or MA-rated.
VII. One-Shot
One-Shot is a story with a single chapter. Whether the style is, if the story has only one chapter, it will be submitted to One-Shot category and will have the style between brackets.
VIII. Art-Work
An user may have only one topic on each sub-forum and don't forget to submit to the right sub-forum.
Any violation of the rules will result in deleting the story or the user's account ! No exception !
If you have someone to report, that's how the message should look like:
Title/Subject: Reclamation
Send to: Admin or Moderator
User (that you want to report):
Rule violated/Reason:
